If you genuinely believe there aren't any banksters giving financial support to the leave campaign, you're as gullible and easily manipulated as you sound.  Either way, some banker bastard somewhere is going to get what they want.  I'm now convinced the only thing the leave campaign is trying to "take back" is making xenophobia and bigotry more socially acceptable like it was many years ago.  The whole sorry shitshow is disgusting.  The EU clearly isn't the source of our problems, but people are too desperate to find a scapegoat to care what the truth is anymore.  Sadly I suspect, much like the 'Alternative Vote' referendum we had a few years back, the British public can't be trusted to make a smart decision and will once again do something stupid and happily cut their nose off to spite their face.

Agree with you, immigration is the main reason most people want to vote leave. While it is a problem in some areas, in the grand scheme of things it's rather irrelevant. IMO people like to blame immigration for their problems because it's a simple, easy to understand concept.

I've tried to explain to some of my friends why I think leaving the EU would be an economic disaster, and I'm just met with blank stares. I don't think the EU is perfect by any means, but the alternative seems like a really dumb decision.

I'm hoping you're wrong, I will be voting to leave on Thursday regardless, however I can understand why you'd think that, the British seem to be completely losing the will to govern themselves. However the polls were completely proven wrong before when they tried to claim it would be a Labour victory with a hung parliament but it turned out to be an overwhelming Conservative victory.

The people I know who are voting to remain seem to be doing it out of fear of the unknown rather than any sort of rational belief.

Cameron will take in the Arabs whether the UK is a part of the EU or not. But still, the numbers will be a bit lower. Overall, if the Brexit happens for real, then the Muslim take over of the UK may be delayed.

What is funny is that those banking corporations have access to unlimited amount of money to influence politics... However as it is the easiest road to corrupt rather to compete the biggest bank are chineses... And it would be a value losing proposition to sell out in China... Some big money wants to remain, other big money wants to leave.  It's not a middle finger to the elites to vote leave, that's just what they want you to think:
