I Arealdy got this on a coin named Credits when blocktime was less than 5s, the problem was my ping to other nodes: over 500ms
Also, this low diff seens being a instamine attempt

The low diff was to allow CPU mining while the GPU miners were setting up and I solo mined a couple of dozen blocks from the wallet.
