ICOs can't rival bitcoins because 95% of them are erc20 tokens and are basically just random useless coins telling you you own part of a business. They aren't actually a new invention or a better bitcoin, they're a token on a different type of cryptocurrency altogether.

If by rival you mean how much provide you will earn, maybe you should get your priorities straight first.

Which ico do you think can rival bitcoin?
if I analyze then there is currently no ICO that can compete with bitcoin. bitcoin is the main digital currency that has a very high power. even ICOs with good prospects can not necessarily rival the value that bitcoin can produce. it may take a very long time to develop a project / altcoin that can match the bitcoin value. for me now bitcoin has become the best and yet there are other things that can be bitcoin competitors.

Most ICO's are built on tokens which cant actually compete with bitcoin. If you should have asked about existing coins, then some of them has a great potential to beat bitcoin maybe in the future, but for now, bitcoin is the mother of all coins...

Well if its any close i guess ETH and BCC will be next coin that are close to the 2nd highest and far from other altcoins. Bitcoin really does not have competition in terms of price but there are altcoins that has good platform and blocks that are in the market. Price is the only thing that holds btc up high but some altcoins can help other applications and people could utilize them in there own ways not like btc that is used mostly for investing.

Which ico do you think can rival bitcoin?

first go educate yourself and then come back.
learn what bitcoin is and what it does. what a currency is supposed to do and how many merchants have adopted bitcoin.

then look at any ICO you like and see what they really offer and what they really do in the real world.
i think you will get your answer here pretty clearly. you don't even have to spend much time or have any experience any 6 year old can help you see the difference too.

as for being good investment, there are many options. they get hyped up and manipulated so they get pumped a lot. so it becomes pretty profitable to invest in some of these. and this has nothing to do with being a bitcoin rival or even being useful. they can be the most useless thing in the whole world and still be profitable.

but one thing is for sure: when they say they are bitcoin rival you should stay away because they are using the biggest lie of all times. Wink

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Due to popularity and active develompments and improvements I think no startup will kick ass to Bitcoin.

About trendy stuff - due to latest things going on I personally think that Platforms and Decentralize
focused stuff will do the best.

It is an ICO so it will just be a starting coin. It cannot be compared with a coin that is already established. You will have to compare it with another ICO token to find out who is the better one. Most of them are under ETH so you will look for both ERC20 just so you will have the right comparison.

Which ico do you think can rival bitcoin?

You think that can really happen? Forget about the ICO, just think about the most similar altcoin to bitcoin which is ether, which is like moon of bitcoin but it has never invaded the market of bitcoin and it can't do it simply. The ICO is like stars from the far galaxy they are far far away from the earth (bitcoin) and it's almost impossible to compete thus market. ICO projects are just used as way of getting quick money by many people and merchants will take the benefits of fund raiser. That's the whole purpose of ICO and it can't do much more than that.

Firstly, the ICOs are not trying to be Bitcoin rival.
Secondly, we can’t compare Bitcoin with Altcoin. Each coin has their own usage purpose.

So, I will say no, no ICO is Bitcoin rival.

None, because no token including ethereum is already created to rival bitcoin. And I think there are no coins that can rival bitcoin in the market now because people trust bitcoin itself instead of a living being.

How do you expect an ICO to challenge bitcoin? Bitcoin in my opinion is altogether in a different league. Even Etherium i do not think will surpass the prices of bitcoin. Bitcoin is value of storage and money both. And all other alts are mostly based on Etherium network. In few years or months most of the top 100 coins at coinmarketcap will not even exist.

Right now there isn't any altcoin that can possibly beat Bitcoin. We might see one is future. But at present Bitcoin is dominating the crypto market with almost half of the market cap. It has first mover advantage and one of the first coin people invest in when they step in cryptocurrencies. I don't see any other coin taking that position in near future.

What is your risk tolerance? Are you looking for large but purely speculative gains or do you prefer something way less risky with smaller returns?
