Main purpose of the ICO is to gather funds for further investment into well-known and understandable realty market. The RCI token will be supported by commercial property with known or projected profitability that allows not only to keep current token's price but raise it by distributing dividends.

Total amount of tokens: 100,000,000 (one hundred million)
Price per 1 (one) token: $0.50 USD (zero point fifty cents of the US dollar)
Minimum contribution: 100 USD (one hundred US dollar)
Token convenient name: RCI
Technology: ERC-20 Standard-based token

Start date: September 1, 2018

Currencies accepted: ETH, BTC, XRP, BCH, LTC + QIWI, Yandex.Money, Webmoney + Cash, Western Union (more to be added soon)

Token distribution policy key principles
  • Realty Crypto Investment Company distributes all of the RCI tokens (100%) to investors
  • There are no pre-sale, after-sale and any other kinds of discounts
  • 100% of RCI tokens are to be sold during the ICO
  • Any unused tokens are denied for further distribution after the RCI ICO has finished

We are not blockchain experts, but realty market ones, focusing on commercial and accommodation realty. Please don't be afraid of our small team: there are a lot of realty professionals who do not understand ICOs and cryptos so it is very hard to convince them to join or partner. Currently we are expecting an agreement with our offline friends from large Spain network and will update website info accordingly.

TL,DR: We are going to use secured cryptos to buy/build accomodation in famous tourist areas and distribute profits among token investors.

Yes, you understood well with the project, but what you want to understand with realty markets? How to make $? Smiley
1. Developer way: you buy land, build a house, add your % and sell it as a whole or by apartments. Relatively quick, good %, but you need a ton of money on start.
2. Realty manager way: you buy property from developer/owner and establish/continue your business, usually rental/accommodation. Initial money depends on certain property, may take years to make returns equal to 3. expenses, but then you are in a permanent surplus getting your %.
3. Realtor way: you help developers buy land and sell house/apartments, get your %. Quickest, but income is relatively small while almost no expenses.

We are going to use way 1 or 2, depending on our ICO results.

How are you going to ensure transparency on your profits to the token holders?
If I understand correctly, the team gets 40% of the profits for managing the properties?

After ICO we will become "the clients" and there is no problem with KYC.

Currenty we are focusing on tourist regions of Spain (known, stable) and Georgia (cheap, good ROI).

All purchases will be made from our main company of its local subsidiaries where it is required by law. We will publish bank statements so you will see every cent spent and gathered.
Good question btw, added it to the FAQ.

Also on your website you are mostly referring to hotels. Are you thinking of diversifying your assets to other types of property ? I'm thinking: short term housing for expats, studios for students in cities with universities, etc.

Hotel business is well-known to us, that's why we are referring to it first. However, if anyone gives us interesting project - why not?

Sure. Average montly tourist count in Georgia is between 500k and 1M depending on the season, summer is more popular obviously. Our main target there is the Batumi city, which is in Top-10 best European cities for tourists (National Geographic Traveler).
