Hi there, so we used crypto a lot for payments and here’s what we faced. To send any amount you always need:

1. Launch Telegram and discuss the deal
2. Request wallet id
3. Open the wallet app, log in.
4. Enter the wallet address. 
5. Accept the commission charge of the node 
6. Click on "Submit" button. 
7. Return to the chat and inquire if the funds have arrived. 
8. Keep waiting and asking whether the funds were received or not.

So we decided to make it a bit easier and remove not really necessary things like - copy-paste, switching apps etc.
