The platform will enable Cannabis extract producers and buyers to operate in an efficient, transparent marketplace,

allowing an equilibrium between producers and buyers, thanks to smart-contract technology.


WHAT IS CANNABIUM?

Cannabium is a decentralized blockchain solution for the cannabis extract industry. Our marketplace, fueled by a token backed by CBD, enables producers and buyers of cannabis extracts to operate in a transparent ecosystem run securely by smart contracts.


WHY CANNABIUM?

The Cannabium token is the first, real asset-backed token, enabling a stable pricing and liquidity not yet seen in the cannabis extracts industry.


Cannabis Backed Token Model


Buying Cannabium will entitle you to cash redemption at the spot price for the date that the CBD

product is sold on the wholesale market. Each Cannabium token will correlate to 10 mg of 99+% pure

CBD produced under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification that is issued by the government

of Colombia. Cannabium tokens are offered at a face value of 8¢ ($0.08), denominated in US Dollars.

Token redemption is scheduled to begin at the end of Q1 2019, although it might be later than then. The

current spot price for GMP-certified 99+% pure CBD corresponds to $0.15 per 10mg — based on an

average wholesale price of $15,000 for one kilo in the target European markets. The starting price during

the pre-sale is 5¢ US per token. Thus the current wholesale price of the product would total from 1.9 to

3 times the Cannabium offering price.

Key Partnerships


One of Cannabium’s suppliers of CBD, Original Natural and Effective S.A.S. (ONE Colombia), is a

government-licensed Colombian producer of cannabis extracts. The founders of ONE Colombia are

well established in agricultural production, with the land, farmers, and expertise lined up to grow the

marijuana crops and produce the CBD.


The software for Cannabium is provided by Tokenopoly Financial Technology Inc. Cannabium leverages

Tokenopoly’s platform to create a more transparent market in CBD.
