I'm glad to hear that someone was kind enough to pay.  It is still possible that it was 42Dice (or maco or Hendo) since they can have more than one address.  If I had to make a wild guess, I'd think that one of those 3 had paid you the refund.  Following the money trail seems to lead to the original 0.42 premine, so I think it's likely to be one of them (however, it's just speculation of course).
