I get your point. It's not just your run of the mill ICO though. They're a reverse ICO meaning they already have a strong foundation with their existing products in Arcadier. So I think it shouldn't be too hard for them to build the same platform around blockchain utilizing all their knowledge and experience on the market.

Which can be performed at any time for any purpose. although i think many have adapted this, the majority of ICOs available today utilize ERC20 token creation to produce tokens. I trust that your project would be different than most of the ICOS, market is really harsh nowadays
