OPPL STO Series A Token Dividend Structure:

Each Series A Token has attached as an underlying security one (1) share of Series A Token Class Preferred Stock.
An annual, non-cumulative, non-compound dividend equal to twenty percent (20%) of the net operating income realized by the Company.
