Whilst negotiating with exchanges, we have also found that in order to list, we would need 2 or 3 times the amount we were wanting to raise to put into market making. This is a great avenue for a utility token wanting to promote their service, however, we have found that for fundraising - even on the biggest exchanges - IEOs are not raising what they used to.

As a result we did some reflection and realised that we fit more into a STO environment. We are proudly a security token, we have engaged legal counsel to ensure that we are compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks and we would love nothing more than for our community to share in our profits when our projects are up and running.

We have decided to partner with the largest Security Token platform - Polymath - https://polymath.network. Their infrastructure has been independently audited and they are the leader in this new wave of blockchain based investment. Their platform does the heavy lifting for us to roll out our GIGJ token, from issuance to dividend payments and we believe it is the best fit for us.

We intend to run a full Security Token Offering from the 1 Jan 2020 where we will be targeting institutional investors, but we wanted to reward our loyal community before then with the opportunity to take part in the private sale before then.

This is not to say that we won't be listing on cryptocurrency exchanges in future. We would like to see multiple options for GIGJ holders to trade the token, however, we can't see why anyone would want to sell something that delivers a healthy return year on year ☺️

They are both very well respected in their fields and have been for many decades. As we have chosen to do a blockchain raise, it has become a necessity to ask them to open up LinkedIn profiles, hence the lack of connections.

It is very good that you are looking for new sources to finance the project and that you do not forget that you must pay a reward to the bounty hunter. The fact is that during the Bounty the company had to take into account market conditions, which did not contribute to attracting investors to new projects and therefore the Bounty company did not give the expected results. Nevertheless, the Bounty Hunters performed the entire task.
