I used to know him for his cool design services on the forum though I was not lucky enough to get a design from him as he wasn't active in recent days. But as his thread got bumped in the service section and I was checking what's going on but found him wearing the signature of 1xBit which I think doesn't make much sense as he is a trusted user on the forum. I doubt the real roslinpl would promote such a shady casino. What do you think?

On first look, it is very possible that the original roslinpl does not currently manage this account. He woke up from a long period of inactivity.
however, if you look at his trust page, he remained in loan default. if at some point he did not want (could) repay the debt, after all, he avoided contacting the lender, I don't see why it would be a problem for him to join a campaign like 1xbit.
I don't think he can join any of the regular campaigns with such a reputation.

OP if you doubt that the account you mention has changed hands then simply ask the user to sign a message from one of the bitcoin addresses he has used before. This will answer all your doubts especially about the possibility of the account changing hands or being compromised.

If the user can't do it then maybe your suspicions are justified, but if he/she is able to do it then I don't think this topic can be continued.

What I see in his trust page makes me think that he probably had the signature before he woke up recently.
If there was an older 1xbit signature campaign, this can explain him missing from the spreadsheet and the missing "joining" post.
It's sad to see good old accounts with red trust .

That's probably the best evidence for the account not changing hands, unless it was part of some deal that was made (and I'm just speculating on what could have gone on behind the scenes in an account sale).  

The fact that he woke up from a period of inactivity and changed his password certainly raises red flags, but in this case I just think roslinpl took a break from the forum.  And as has been mentioned, his trust wasn't up to par as far as being able to get into many signature campaigns, so assuming he felt he needed to earn money, he'd have to apply to one that's not choosy (like 1xbit) or participate in a bounty.  He's a senior member for sure, but not necessarily a trusted one.

Good eyes, though.  I remember roslinpl's name from way back, and I'd completely forgotten about him.

Oh....well, if that's the case then I take back everything I wrote above (which I wrote before reading your post).  When a member wakes up after a long nap and they're not posting in the same style that they used to, well, that's pretty much all the evidence you need that the account has changed hands.  I'll take a look into it myself in a little bit when the coffee kicks in.

I think the answer is simpler than you all think. You think Bitcointalk and its trust system are just as important to others as it is for all of you. Unfortunately it is not. Roslinpl had a -1 red trust for over two years and despite the fact that he had a lot of green trust, he could not join any well-paid signature campaign, so it simply joined where he could, so to 1xbit.

But don't worry, you will still be able to use his designer services  

I wrote long ago that this account was bought in 2017 from scammer.
I can't vouch for anyone, I just wrote that if someone has a stupid -1 trust and can't get into any campaign, then take what he can.

My question wasn't fake, and I wasn't asking for banner. My project is looking for a graphic designer and we wanted to talk to him about the possibility of cooperation.
Roslinpl has not yet replied to my private messages.

So from all possible active designers in this forum you happen to choose and ask in public only this guy who was inactive for more than two years.
