You mean that every single person must exchange at least 5 BTC to start getting % of his fees? Isnt this too much? That looks like months ofwork for someone to promote your site to start getting little cash..

Also Paypal transactions aren't safe.Paypal doesn't allow exchanges so it can easily result in suspension.
