So something that I've just noticed.

Someone has created and issued a share (ticker MHNGZ), that has used the same signed contract from the UBX contract.

Compare both here.
UBX

MHNGZ

You can see that although once signed by the server (which makes the contract unique) the actual contract text (the part signed by gpg) has been copied. Such that if you didn't know you would think that MHNGZ is a legitimate share issued from Ubitex, you can even verify it with gpg.

However this is not the case, they are from two separate accounts and are not the same people.

There is a huge potential for someone to be impersonated here(I don't know if this is a case of attempted fraud or just someone playing around).

I don't have time today to fix this (tomorrow I'll fix it, and ensure that it can't happen again), but just so you know, don't buy MHNGZ shares.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Turns out this was just an innocent mistake. But it's still a weak spot that I need to fix. Will keep updated.
