here some, case info.

We are a group off miners , asked for the withdraws

#33255 Withdrawal       [ 28-2 ]  came in 4 days.
#33800 Withdrawal

The second never came , i made a ticket - support+id2289@tradehill.zendesk.com
but no answers , i ask for 4 times update.
my friend ask me where is his money we are in the last withdraw ..

Then i mailed him here..Pm, with all info , to make it easy.nothing
Then i write in a topic, he ask me there give me your info end i did, but that was a week ago.

So, what in the  **** is going on here...
I need that money, to pay my bills am not rich .

My question is also , why he dont have the normal ticket forum closed , how people can contact him.
Am i the only one...?

WE just want are money back ...

After your PM to myself regarding this i've raised the issue with Jered.

For future reference, it's best to contact Jered directly, neither I personally nor BitInstant carries responsibility now for TradeHill withdrawals now as that service has now closed down.

At one time I, too, would have echoed the same sentiment, but since learned that this forum has a myriad of non-native English speaking users.

I figured this might be the case, but then realized words like "U", "thx", "@", isn't taught in any English schools around the world. If it was only sentence structure, proper punctuation, or something along the lines of that, it would be understandable.

Jered told to send an email at 22. of March, so I did:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=67022.msg814986#msg814986

I deposited 586 Euro at 3. of January from Paxum. I created a dozen of tickets and wasted hours on reminders in this forum. Yet without any success. My confidence in Jered disappears.

So with tradehill going underwater like this and holding the remaining money, how do we know mtgox won't do the same? Not even sure who I can trust my money with anymore.

I never keep much in MtGox. I always hold my coins on me. When I am reading to sell, I sell them off in a couple waves rather then all at once so they can't freeze all of it. As soon as I make the exchange on MtGox, it's on to Dwolla in a few hours. Then right to my bank. And I never keep anymore then $300-400 in my bank. I withdraw it, and hold on to the cash myself. The less anyone else has a hold of, the less I am going to miss out on whenever someone (IRS maybe) decides they want to screw me over.

Why should I trust someone else with my money more so then myself?

Judging my their diction and style of writing, it really looks as though these two profiles are the same user.

Anyways, Jared is good in his word. Everyone who is nervous, please take two deep breaths and and a benzo.

Got your PM.

Even though I offered Jered the BTC/USD exchange deal, I didn't manage to get a reply from him.

So probably I can't help much at my side either. :-/

Omehenkie,

I put your wire in this morning but it didn't make  the bank's cutoff to go out today. I got an email from them confirming it's been submitted I can forward over to you if you like.
You're also free to shoot my banker an email. This has taken a lot longer than it should have but I'm making sure to get the funds back to people.
I'll be around and working on this until it's finished. I haven't started another project as much as I'd like to. It's all in my head and won't be getting my time until this current task's workload drops.
