Not invested. I am holding it until maybe dec or early 2015 I think. I just want it to reach $600 so that I could sell. |

Bitcoin is dropping again! What is happening? Since i discovered bitcoin, it went from $230, to $1200, and back to $460. Bitcoin is being used all over the world, and it is impossible to get a grasp as to why it is rising or dropping on any given day. All you can do is buy some with money that you can afford to lose, stick the paper wallet in your "safe place" and forget about it. If you tend to use it for buying and selling things well then just buy the bitcoin right before you make your purchase. This will eliminate the risk you take by holding... |

i read threads like this and immediately think the price must have dropped 10-90%...
.. i then find out it has only dropped 2%
will you bunch of panicking noobs please stop shouting about price drops every time it moves a fraction.

A good part of me hopes it goes down more so I can rebuy the BTC I spent on gold the other day. It'd be like getting gold at an even further discounted price than it is already |

Bitcoin is dropping again! What is happening? Don't worry Jenny. The price will rise again as it always does. Unless you're acquiring coins to purchase something, it's wise not to buy any unless you plan to hold them for an absolute minimum of 2 years. Otherwise you risk losing money. |

Of course it's dropping, there is nobody buying and many people spending them and cashing out for safer investments. There is still a tremendous amount of sell pressure. This will continue for the foreseeable future.
I've seen posts here recently with warnings, but they were soon deleted and users banned. A crazy place, where the smartest people are banned and only the irrational bulls (you know who you are) are allowed to post their crap.
