What happened: Wilson Ngary (This is the name he is using in Telegram) has taken a full prepayment (300 usd) for his service (PR distribution) and never delivered it.
The last deadline (that he put himself) was a Friday (07.09.18). He is not answering me anymore and looks like I will not see my money back or the service delivered. I suggest not to deal with this person by no manner of means!

The thing is that you sent money first, which puts you in a really bad situation.

There is pretty much no chance that you'll be able to get any money back at this stage. He has not even logged into his bitcointalk account since you posted this scam accusation thread, it seems.

It's likely that he is just going to run away with your funds without delivering any product. Deserves to get tagged by a DT member for the time being. Next time if you are ordering any service or goods on the forum, make sure you protect yourself by using escrow. There are just a ton of scammers on this forum waiting and preying on your hard earned funds, using escrow allows you to avoid all that.

Without going too much into a full on detective prowl, It's obvious that the profile that you hired the service from is an alt account.

From the time they registered in June of 2014 until they went inactive (in less than a year) in April of 2015, they only posted in Bitcoin-related boards of the forums. Fast forward almost three years without a single post until February of 2018, when nearly every post since has been in the altcoin section with a completely different writing style... Let the shilling ensue. The account had undoubtedly been purchased/re-acquired recently.

Call it a valuable lesson, and I'm willing to bet that the positive trust feedback left by CoinConcepts is fake by another one of the alleged suspect's alt accounts.

Given that the last online time of the two profiles are within a half hour of each other from a few days ago, this seems pretty obvious.

I'm sure that if someone were to dig deeper into the rabbit hole, they could discover an entire network of alt activities.

I, for one, will be leaving a negative trust rating until the accused addresses this issue here.

Sorry, @EsportsNinja; I do hope that you get some sort of retribution for this.

Chances of not getting both the service and your money back are high. Though if ever he delivers it, he still deserves a red trust for deceiving people by fake vouches using his alts. [Archived]

Be extra careful next time, verify the vouches and use an escrow.

Confirmed that it was a fake trust and vouches from CoinConcepts and others. He uses a lot of alts to promote his service, proven with the same skype and telegram usernames. Addition to this, there are users who posted the same referral link too (I put it in code within the quotes).

Telegram @cryptowilie
Skype @ngariwilson30

Instead of saying that he will deliver the service to prove that he's legit, he told you that instead (isn't it a threat?). I hope DT's will look into this.

Anyway, you didn't provide any PM/Chat logs. It would be better if you add it in your main post.

I do have all the screenshots. If anyone is interested to see them, feel free to reach me up via PM.
P.S. Will upload them and send all the links here as well soon.

If the email that he's associated with as listed in the OP is actually his, then there are definitely obvious connections of this scammer's account with other accounts, such as Coinweez in particular. These services shouldn't be trusted.

But this guy is probably a professional scammer by the looks of it, since he's not showing any remorse but rather have even threatened you, which is obviously unacceptable. But there is honestly nothing you can do to get the funds back from him since you did insensibly send first without any escrow, and he probably does this for a living. Always remember that escrow is promoted on this forum for a reason, and you should use it in deals especially involving such contracts.

Also surprised that he hasn't be tagged, yet. Hopefully a DT member can tag him soon so that people don't get scammed further.

This guy has announced an ICO here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5030295.0

Is it possible to check the connection between his accounts and the newly created one: cryptovilla (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2372814)?

And you trusted newbies??  Embarrassed f*ck these kind of newbies. This is one of the reasons why this forum is being cautious to lower ranks esp newbies. Since they are offering PR service, did you even do simple KYC or just trusted them right away

I was about to make the same topic, this user uses a new account now: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2515724
He contacted me to give him a design to a whitepaper he claimed that he wrote, and I delivered the work in time but he didn't pay me and it's been 20 days, I can give more proofs of the deal, I have everything but I guess there is good proofs already in the post.
this is his new thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5091256.0
and this is another accounts of his alts that is not in the original post:
open-mind: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=326172

he's contacting me from this telegram: @ICOpapers

It's clear that he keeps getting back with alt accounts for multiple scams, I hope someone can tag all his accounts and I'll do my best to spot his future alts.
