Hello all,
Never sent any repayment to an address that anyone may impersonate. All the time double-check your wallet ID whether on this topic or on the private message on the forum. My telegram t.me/shasan32 never co-operate with anyone who impersonates me on telegram.

Terms:
0.1 You must sign a message with the date of the taking loan by the bitcoin wallet which you have used on your signature campaign.
0.2 Please post the link to your signature campaign

1. You must have valid collateral. Only, the altcoin is valid collateral to me. I will not take bitcointalk account as collateral anymore as it is forbidden by a few reputed forum members as well as DT.
2. If you are a Sr. member or above and you have no active loan as well as no negative trust then I may consider without collateral.
3. As I will not take account as collateral, you have to agree that once you take a loan from me, you will not take/apply for any other loan from anyone until you repay the loan. Also before the repayment, you would not be able to trade any reversible payment. I mean you can't sell skrill, Neteller, Payoneer, PayPal, etc. If you break any rule then it will be marked as a loan defaulter and I will ask DT to tag you.
4. I can accept or reject any loan application without any explanation.
5. If you want to use escrow I have no problem. But the escrow fee is yours if required fees.
6. Repayment address is on my Bitcoin-signed message.
7. When I will fill loan application, I will give neutral trust once repaid will remove neutral trust.
8. If the collateral goes below the amount of the term, I will sell the collateral to stop loss. You have to check whether your collateral falls or not, I am not responsible to inform you or wait more time to be more loser.
9. If you fail to repay on time then a 1% charge per day/ as discussed (for extension) will be applicable.
10. For non-collateral loans or loans with bitcointalk accounts as collateral, if you need to extension then you have to pay the previous interest and take extension time (charge applicable 1% charge per day/ as discussed).
11. Once you take a loan from me you have to pay full interest even if you return a few minutes later. The same rule will be applied to loan extensions.

There are many hacked accounts on this forum, so, for your protection, please consider asking for a signed message so you can be sure that the person asking for the loan is indeed the real account holder. As general guide lines, you should ask for a signed message from an address that the user has posted at least 3 months prior of making the loan request.
