What happened:: I bought a $50 Amazon GC for $10 from his selly. What I got was a invalid code that I coudn't redeem. I contacted him on telegram, he sent me a replacement code which was already redeemed, blocked me and removed me from his telegram channel. Dude also keeps deleting my posts on his thread calling him out on being a scammer. I know its my fault for not noticing his negative trust and I don't care about the $10 but this bitch needs to banned so he doesn't scam anymore people.

Scams aren't moderated... And scammers aren't banned... He has been tagged and it's on individuals to do their due diligence before trading.

Hi, I’m here to address this accusation. The Selly which you’re referring doesn’t and has never belonged to me. , it seems that you maybe got phished into buying from a selly that you thought was mine? I have no idea.. Can you provide actual proof I scammed you and the Selly belongs to me?

Also if you were to buy from me, why didn’t you use escrow when my post states I clearly offer escrow on the forum or Bitify?
There’s a lot of unanswered questions but your accusation is without merit.
Hopefully we can get this resolved! I’ve tried posting my defense in the last scam accusation thread but the accuser has failed to respond so far.

Obviously you don't have a proper explanation as to why you have another telegram account which matches the selly account.  I also have questions for you. Why do you have a high negative trust? Why did someone else post a scam report accusing you with a similar story as mine ? Why did you remove 17 posts by 6 users from your thread?  Why did you remove me from your group just now? Answer these questions.

Well, if this clown actually DID use @Cryptogift he would already be a banned user (YoutubeTV and about 40 other alts) and would be banned yet again for ban evasion.  Unfortunately your screen print doesn't provide 100% proof for him to be reported.  That being said I believe you.  He's probably got 10 others going as well.  A scammer for sure but whether he is this cockroach can't say.

Yep, Cryptogift is indeed a telegram handle used by YoutubeTV, a well known scammer.

I don't even think that proof linking MadmanAmazon to the person who OP dealt with on selly is necessary, because it is so obvious that Madman is running a con. Otherwise, he wouldn't be selling gift cards at such steep discounts, while trying to censor complaints on his thread by locking and self moderating his thread.

I would not be surprised either if Madman was connected to more accounts that are also autobuy scammers in the past, given the potential connection with him and YoutubeTV.

A word to the OP - make sure that you just avoid steeply discounted gift cards at all costs, even if they say they accept escrow. Even escrow cannot protect you against fraudulent or carded GCs, and that will land you into deep trouble even if the card works.

Yea, no doubt he is a scammer and hardly any doubt he is indeed YoutubeTV but not provable IMO where he could be banned for ban evasion.  However as I am sure you know, sadly no one here on BCT gets banned for scamming.  Maybe for too many post bumps by sock puppets but unfortunately not for scamming.  If they did probably 3/4 of the sellers in Digital Goods and Accounts/Invites would be gone. LOL

Sorry to hear he scammed you out of $10 bucks. Sadly, you are far from the first victim.  He got me under one of his other 500 alts a couple years ago for just $4 and his last ALT (YouTubeTV) was banned.  Not that it matters much but you should also tag his trust on his account.  They don't ban scum, I mean scam here.

I got scammed by telegram @giftnerd

he scammed me $10 via paypal .

I bought $50 fandango gift card from him, he sent me the image of gift card but he cleared history chat right away so I did not save the image. Then i contacted him but he never respond. I used another telegram account to chat with him, he respond right away.
So I used two different telegram account to chat with him in the same time. The old telegram account (which bought gift card from him) never respond, but the new telegram account got respond from him
