So I was trying to buy an AWS SES account from this so called James faggot. He refused to use an escrow because he was hooked up in an escrow. I did not believe it but anyway. I checked the account I was going to buy via TW. It seemed fine and real.

I offered him that I would send 1/2 of money first and he was supposed to give me account and I was going to send the rest. He accepted it but later refused to send the account and refund.

What do you mean by "hooked up in an escrow" and if the seller refused to use escrow then it's a red flag, you should have ignored the seller.

This is a very long and chaotic way to do business. It's like: one guy says "Bro that's my policy" and the other guy says "Ok bro", and it goes on and on and on.
A proper way to make a deal, is creating one post in the appropriate thread to confirm all details, after which the other party quotes it and confirms the details.

Now it goes like "i send you 1/2 of btc,k you give me account, i send you the rest", then 3 minutes later asks: "eth address please", followed by much more messages, some misunderstanding about what was expected to be bought, and then OP starts with "son of bitch" and "Motherfucker".
It's terrible to read the entire thing from a video, OP can you post a transcript?

Based on what I've seen so far, without transcript:
My suggestion (in this order!)
1. Cean: post a refund addy. Post it here, in public, in this thread.
2. Qservices: refund Cean.
3. Both: learn how to do business. Make clear requests, don't send 500 messages about something this small, and put all requirements in 1 post. Don't do business together again.
4. All who left red trust or supported a flag: remove the tag, stop supporting the flag.
5. Cean: lock this thread.
(After reading a decent transcript I might still change this)

well... a newbie with a lot of clients, and just 10 posts (!) without any previous feedback, sounds a bit strange to me ... moreover he is off line since 18 june ... and all activity was around 1 month here.

if it's true the first part of the history (agreement for 1/2 payment => delivery of item => 1/2 payment) it's a pure scam attempt ask a full payment after receiving the first payment.

I had given 2 days to Qservices to prove himself honest, but he didn't write anything... so today I decided to support the flag and leave a negative rating.

If Qservices refund to Cean then I'll withdraw the support for flag.
But removing my negative rating, not sure yet because there is something needed to warn future potential victims? Please advise?
