Here is the Quoted post, that I stumbled upon in a necrobumped thread. As you can see they are clearly attempting to sell Identification and/or bank accounts. This is deserving of a Newbie warning flag. Flag created here #926

These kind of posts pop up semi-regularly, with people selling hacked bank accounts, credit cards, Paypal/Skrill/Neteller/etc accounts, stolen documents, and so forth. Given that selling any of these constitutes fraud, which is illegal in every jurisdiction (as far as I know), this is against forum rules:

17. Trading of goods that are illegal in the seller's or buyer's country is forbidden.

Usually I just report these users for offering illegal trades/services, and they quickly get nuked. I've reported the post you linked to.

Its good you also left a negative feedback on the user's profile. AFAIK, the newbie warning flag only appears on threads started by the suspected scammer and most of the user's posts are replies on threads in which newbies would not see the warning.

I think there's reason enough to get the account nuked and even if it's not a newbie they should be banned for violating forum rules even though scams are not moderated.

Make that two negative tags for this guy, he deleted his actual posts and maybe got scared because of the red tag. Fake passports and driver's licenses are illegal in every country you go and he just outright selling them for a 100$ he clearly is having a business of a criminal being promoted here. However this is just one of many people who are selling fake bank accounts and illegal ids and they are more commonly found in the digital goods section here in the forum. I also have supported the flag but I doubt we will be receiving any kind of activities from him with this account any time soon.

It's not even an identity fraud, it's just a stupid scam attempt. I have never come across a Bank that let's you operate an account without submitting proper documentation. These scumbags are blatantly trying to scam people hoping someone will fall for it. If they're selling you someone else's bank account, wouldn't two users have access to the same account at the same time?
