I am curious to know if I am missing something about Bitcoin auction, (For reference, today bitcoin price is $6800+)

A user called lotsofbitcoins wanna sell bitcoin by auction and price starting from $5050.

This auction will end soon:

0.500000 BTC
for 2525 USD
Last Bid: 5050 USD/BTC
Markets Rate: 7087 USD/BTC
29% Discount

Go to BTC Auction
Achieved for future reference. Alos they have website for exchange crypto currency and auction producing by their website. Why someone should sell btc below from market price and obviously no one will buy with higher price from market rates.

Is this legit ? Do you believe even it would be sell 100$ below from current market prices? Looking suspicious to me.

Well, I wouldn't trust it... Domain registered less than a month ago, uses CloudFlare. Completely anonymous.

The 3 deposit methods I've heard of are all chargeback-unfriendly, with Advcash being the only one where you can actually perform a chargeback if something goes wrong (for a $35 fee). The fourth one, called Berty (berty.cash), is very new and only accepts deposits from the other 3.

I think you did the right thing by tagging them.

Although Advcash is listed, they don't actually accept it. This is what I got when I tried to select Advcash:

Further to that, their Terms of Use page is entirely plagiarized from a couple of sources, such as https://www.rbitt.co.uk/terms-conditions/ and https://bigai.io/en/terms-conditions/.

I would agree that this is almost certainly a scam.

When we think about this business wise you won't see any way an exchange service like this will earn anything for a 27% discount. They are offering half a Bitcoin for less than 3/4 of it's value and I don't think they'll earn anything from that not unless they are just trying to scam you for 2,525$. Added with what others have posted earlier I don't think that this website/service can be trusted by any amount of money. Even their offer for .025 BTC for 164 (.025BTC is currently price at 167$) is not to be trusted.

Where is flag @OP?
Added on main post, just forgot to add during post creation.

Even their offer for .025 BTC for 164 (.025BTC is currently price at 167$) is not to be trusted.
Exactly, that's the real reason why I created this thread. There is not single reason to trust them but lots of reason to call them scammers.

I have tried to ask them use escrow services from forum since they also posted their auction on forum also. But they gone offline after made their post. They never replied there about concerns. Except obvious stupid no one will fall in on their trap. How funny, scammers still using traditional tricks to scam us.
