What happened: Trying to scam forum members with fake lending service.

This thread is more of a lending page for the type 1 flag I'm about creating as I intend making the warning on this user profile more visible to prevent future scams from occuring as I have reasons to believe that anyone dealing with this user is likely to get scammed.
