I just heard this exchange right now and never used it before.
Do you have any announcement thread of that exchange ?
You can open a scam accusation against that exchange actually it better to move this there. Then add more proof to verified all scam they do to you.

I am not really familiar with that exchange but here's what I found from this exchange "Launched on 16 Jan 2019, IndoEx is a decentralized exchange headquartered in Estonia and the UK. It supports EUR/USD fiat pairs.".

It will be best if you will avoid that exchange as soon as possible especially that you are experiencing some problems already and please note that it was not index also in coinmarketcap therefore the risk is pretty high if you continue to use that exchange.

I wonder how you guys find those exchanges, seriously, the crappiest shades things ever.
Their address in UK is a virtual address which they share with a lot of companies, one of them being "Sinister Holdings Limited", lol, they have the same 50$ Estonian license and ...nothing else.

Just leaving this here for transparency and easy follow up. So i received a PM from another weird low ranking account asking me to remove the negative feedback and support for the flag. The funny thing is that i have never seen the account make any scam accusation. They just came out of nowhere and are now claiming the issue has been resolved.

Secondly OP's issue hasn't been resolved so i won't remove any negative feedback or Support for the red flag

Indoex were scammed by STO trade, so they clean up all your earnings from STO trades and cancel all withdrawals. My balance was zero this morning even if I traded other cryptocurrency than STO... Not a good thing for my money, I try to get back my money... Users have to pay for STO scamming on the exchange --> not a good customer success, I don't recommend this exchange.

They just scamed me also out of .87btc and 19eth deleted it from my account then beleave it or not when I asked them about it they said if I complain they will delete my deposit also...Someone needs to stop storeum and indoex from scaming people out of money.I sent to London Uk a complaint I have all screenshots of the scam.I said in my complaint I don't know if this is the correct address but indoex states they are from Vauxhall London anyone else please fill out a fraud complaint also so no more people get scamed from these two companys. It looks like more and more people are now becoming victims of this scam exchange. The information found earlier on about them copying and pasting from another company's website proved to be a solid red flag.

I am just curious, how did you guys end up using the scam exchange? Looks like there are so many of you that are already becoming victims.

I myself used the exchange to buy storeum token then after I bought I heard a lot one is storeum did the same scam last year.Well I bought 450000 sto at .001 on around april 19th and the pump started went clear up to 2.00 in just a few days my account on indoex said I had a balance of over 800000 dollars so I started selling it was a nightmare the exchange would freeze on every trade then on some trades I was somehow blocked where I couldn't trade at all  .I keep complaining to support all thru the process and they had one excuse after another none which made any since.So out of what I sold I had .87btc and 19eth I thought I better withdraw as anyone could see it is a scam well indoex wouldn't let my withdraw go thru they said storeum wasn't going to pay for the coins which I don't understand but that's what indoex told me.First indoex said they was going to delist sto and they called police yea right LOL next day my coins and withdraw was all deleted. Today they told me they wasn't going to delist sto cause they said sto told them they that they promised they will have big volume.today this morning I told indoex I was reporting it now sto isn't even listed anywhere even CMC.Please spread the word so no one else has to go thur this.The past 10 days I learned a good lesson do not trade unknowed coins and even more important don't use these new smaller exchanges like Indoex Exchange.I have screenshots of this from start to finish.

Why Bitcointalk is filled with blackmailers & scammers.. blackmailing projects by threatening they will post of forum and social media to get their way.. what’s all this BS.

Just so many scammers on here... @admins you better do something about these posts or their threats.
Third exchange I have heard the same story of scammers using api trade to hack into an exchange, try to do bigger withdrawals by creating fake trades & asks exchanges for money or they will put on bitcointalk and social media.
Some exchanges fall for it and pay them extra, but wait, they got money so they won’t stop there and will ask for
More money with different Accounts. Pay or not pay, they will still post of Bitcointalk forum to blackmail more ...
Just ridiculous.
It’s a business for them, and these forums are to blame as nothing get checked but the exchange or other projects get a heat attack and loose funds to these scammers due to this.

That should be easy to prove. If they are trying to blackmail you then take screenshots and avail the chatlogs here as counterclaim or defense. Paying blackmailers even seems like an attempt to cover up something. If you have nothing to hide, then why panic paying them off?
