I understand that they may have purchased the template elsewhere but you can check the contents of the website that it copied it from that source that I posted. In my opinion, I think it's enough reason for me to conclude that it its intent is to scam and take advantage of people, but you are right. Let's hear the opinion of others just to be sure!
If you check domains on whois, you will see Xfinance is almost one month older than Yfiz finance. So that means that Yfiz copied Xfinance, and not the other way around. On top of that, there is even archived version of Xfinance website from August 22nd, 3 weeks before Yfiz website was even live. .
