What happened: Plagiarized whitepaper copying entire words and only change the name project

The website was created a week ago and the whitepaper is copied. Very clear signs of the possibility of it being a scam project. I hope some newbies will get warned by this and think twice before sending their money over to this project. Clearly they dont want to develop anything but rob people of their money giving them false promises of something big.

Also they have a staking program giving 20% returns. A hyip scam going on here too. https://archive.fo/jAkVQ

I am sure the team member profiles will be fake too if dug in a bit properly. For example the guy named "Prakash Jaindani" and "He is the owner of SSGS Group of Companies" - does not seem to go along correctly as per search engine data.

Bitswap24 was the name before we got the copyright done and changed it DIFX. Please check the following snapshots proving ownership of both domains which won't be visible from whois record.

Those screenshots are not proving anything and they can easily be edited with photoshop, so you need to provide more evidence that you own both domains and that you just changed the name as you say.

I don't see any reference in website or in whitepaper that you changed name and reason why.

Not enough evidence here. Your identity hide on the domain details. Just one thing matching is both domains had registered from GoDaddy. But fortunately, it doesn't prove anything. Most likely you are right on your claim, but it hasn't backed with enough evidence.

I am not sure if it would be a solution to prove, but you can try it to convince OP that you are the owner of both websites. Just put a noticeable note on both sites and ask the OP to take down this thread. Only he could help you if you may provide reasonable evidence according to OP's expectation.

1. Bitswap24 was too big a name and we need a shorter name. We got the Worldwide copyright for DIFX for which certificate is attached.
2. Reason to create new project was because Bitswap24 was done on a standalone basis and we got very strong partners for DIFX.

In Dubai, DIFX as a name is really big where you would need special permission from royal families to be able to have this name. It’s a huge deal as well as there exist an area called DIFC. Anyway, proofs of copyrights are attached.
