As a member of this platform, you are advised to deal and trade with caution as no one would be held liable for your misfortune if any incidence or occurrence takes place. You having a deal with someone you do not have any contact with should have been a call for an escrow for transparency and credibility. I was wondering how you managed to have a deal with that person without remembering to call for the services of an escrow. Next time for your own safety, do well to seek for the services of an escrow so as not to have this experience again. So so sorry about your predicament. I can see that you just have sent the account details. But where is the proof that he did not pay you? You should provide proof of he is ignoring you or something else. Without the proof, it's unfair to tag him.

To avoid these scams don't make deals with newbies, or always use escrow.

I can see that you just have sent the account details. But where is the proof that he did not pay you? You should provide proof of he is ignoring you or something else. Without the proof, it's unfair to tag him.

But CardSellerN1 can refute this that he paid him by posting the screenshot of his payment the screenshot of the conversation did not tell what really happen it only favors OP, there is still a scroll arrow which means that there is a continuation of the conversation, any one of them can post the whole screenshot.

Because there’s a possibility that he is just reselling the goods that he is buying to you same on his previous item. His old supplier of this item might not be available right now so he choose you since there’s a chance that he has a loyal customer that he is supplying. Being a reseller is not a sufficient evidence that the user is a scam. Your proof is so hard to verify because it contains incomplete info about your transaction.

With this question of yours. It looks like you are using this as reason to decline your responsibility to deliver the goods to him.

The evidence you provide does not conclusively prove that he refused to pay you. To clear your accusation you should post screenshots of all the messages here, it will show when he refused to pay you, it will be easier to understand what actually happened to you. So don't try to confuse everyone, post all the real info here.

Yeah, what I have talked about. It's really not clear what actually happened between them. On the other hand, the accused user created a scam accusation against the OP here, where he told he has scammed by the OP. Both of them need to be here to know better what the case is.

This is a $10 payment txid to CashApp247 for the first account purchase.

I highly doubt they would lock his account or provide any personal information based on your word alone. Using this logic, anyone could get access to someone's personal data, which would be a violation of the exchange's privacy policy.

And yes they will provide information to lawyer not to me, but yeah they locked his account after provided proofs of conversation,tx ids and etc. It took 1 hour

I highly doubt that. That is not how things work with Binance support, but I guess you already know that anyway.
