This guy is basically selling $500 for $250 and is likely a scammer or selling cards loaded illegally for money laundering purposes or whatever else you might imagine/.  Buy this and the only thing you may find is getting arrested for grand theft.

First of all, I must say that it does not accept middleman in any of its services.
which means it could possibly take your money and disappear, let alone illegal activity.
