Hello everyone,

 I love that wheel on the website, so i deposited 0.03bnb for testing fortunately i won 0.05bnb at final stage(Means i wagered 1x) and requested withdrawal of 0.05bnb on 9th of July. At the moment 3 days over it's still processing,I just waited 2 hours for confirmation but nothing happened so tried to contact admin via chat but no response and emailed 4 hours later regarding withdrawal but no support from rollcat.io

  I know they don't have ann thread, It's my own risk. I want to aware everyone

Aside from posting complaints on their ann thread try to directly message their forum's representative^[1] to beep them or their email regarding your issue.

Transactions on the Binance BSC network do not take that long, as long as all this time has passed without result, most likely the site is scam and you have been scammed.

Fortunately for you, you only gambled with a small amount, otherwise you would suffer a big loss. It is better to avoid new sites until they prove their reliability, and it is also best when trying for the first time to deposit a small amount as you did to avoid the risk.

If they are honest they will send you your money because they will not risk their reputation for such a small amount.

OP I can see how disappointing it is to have been ignored by a customer care to a group you identified with for business purpose. This is one of the  most annoying experience one would ever encounter in the cause of doing business with any organization  for which you have entrusted their funds with. I think you should try give them a little time and see how the respond to your case as they have an announcement thread here or better still, you can communicate with their representative so as to fast track your payment with immediate effect.

Not up to three months and they have a scam accusation thread created against them, that's not a good sign tho. I strongly believe that you case would be resolved in no time becaus if they should try anything funny that would mean the end of their casino reputation here in the forum and since it's still a new site it would be extremely stupid to put their reputation at risk for a simple case.

I remeber making a reply in thread suggesing the add a imer to their faucet, which means they have an ANN thread you should also consider dropping the link to your thread there or you could take it a litttle bit further by sending a PM to their representative for more exposure and faster response from them.

As soon as your case get resolved you should reconsider your use of that site, we have other sites here in bitcointalk that has a good reputation that you could use as an alternative to that site.

It looks like a casino being run by one person, that customer support is awful! Who even handles customer support issues in a chatbox? There should be something like maybe a live chat for only customer support. All I can say is, avoid this new and less reputable casinos until they are proven legit and reliable.

Thank you for this warning about this new casino, I think they do not have a team, and the owner is the one who carries all the work on his shoulders, even though the casino interface is very simple. Perhaps the owner did not bother to hire developers or a customer support team, although you suffered a loss, but fortunately, it is not a large amount.

I hope that they will solve your issue as soon as possible after their representative in the forum sees your case, which some respected members have highlighted in the topic of their announcement.

For me, I do not prefer to wager even a dollar on new casino platforms that have not received ratings or feedback from users who have already tried them.

I agree with what other members have said. This is a new casino that no one, except you, have heard of. It's normal, if you and many other customers start winning they will run out of money and they will become unable to pay you your winnings. Their only option is to look for excuses why they shouldn't pay you.
Sorry, but it's your fault for trusting a new casino that has no reputation. Thank you for the warning and I've hoped there was something we can help you with to get your money back. Unfortunately, there isn't.

Their representative is not active since july 9 so I think there's a problem happening in their casino knowing that they newly launch this in this forum. And since they are not sending any reply since then maybe this is another series of launch and scam scheme happened here. But I hope this is not the case and you can still get your funds on that casino. This is indeed a warning to other gamblers that they should avoid this casino since even with small amount they already showing who they are.

But if may asked how did you come to know about this site and how come you got attracted to make deposit and began to use it without properly making use ToS or haven rated by people over here?
I can say with assurance that those one listed here are trusted but I believe they had some records which includes good and bad but the possibility of using recommend gambling site from here are more reliable than those you randomly pick out there without anyone knowing about them. It's so disappointing haven to know a new site and they showcased their bad attitudes towards their users. I think next you should be more flexible in making your research about any site before making deposit.

First, happy the amount of money involved here is not significant, but all the same, this could also be a case of withdrawal delay, and bad customer service, saying this because rollcat as a casino only recently announced their casino on this forum, if truly they be scam, it's rather too early for them to start getting such a bad review..

so the guy is not active on the forum and in his casino chat, clearly it's a bad sign, he probably took people's money and disappeared, so follow the proper format and create a flag against him and advise everyone to support the flag in case the OP shows solid evidence against them. in my case I do not recommend people to use this casino scam, I am always telling people to be very careful with new casinos, never deposit a lot of money in new casinos and avoid making kyc in those casinos that have not been active for 3 or 6 months in the market

Yeah they deserve to get a red tag for now since we don't know yet if only OP is the only victim of this current issue happening on their casino. There's a high chance that they many user encounter this issue so its good to put that to warn other user who's not aware about the issue happening on their casino. If they will not return this might be consider as another fast scam scheme since maybe there are some gamblers deposit some huge amount of money and the owner decide to run and secure his pocket. So hopefully they came back and our assumptions about them as scam is wrong.

Although the amount lost by you is not much, but please take it as a lesson that never ever deposits on any new casino before knowing the reviews about that casino. Creating a topic here is right since there’s an actual scam accusation happened that involves the casino. The ANN thread is already useless since the representative/owner of rollcat.io is not active anymore since last week.

The casino turns out to be a scam and a I doubt that a small casino like this will come back and payout tall their victim while he has already profit. This scam accusation thread can be use as reference for a flag against this casino once the reps don’t comeback here soon.
