Hello,

Im creating this thread because i hope it is the only chance to get more detailed respond from seabet.io .

 It has been over a month since I requested my first withdrawal on Seabet.io.
Unfortunately it was rejected, upon contacting their support via live chat, I was informed that my account is under review and that i need to wait.
Since then withdrawal option on my account is disabled.

Each time I've contacted their livechat for updates I've been informed that my account is under review, but they couldn't provide a specific timeframe for its completion.

I understand that this processes can take some time, but it has been 6 weeks already so in my opinion its quite suspicious.
I hope Seabet will explain this situation and enable my withdrawals. Additionally, I would like to ask if any other players have had a similar experience with this website.




I want to clarify that I haven't violated any rules. I deposited a total of 2300 USDT, and my current balance is 3780 USDT. so i didnt win big and also didnt placed any arbitrage or something, so i dont understand why it need to be verified and why seabet.io cant tell me how long will it take.

(I tried to inform seabet on bitcointalk in their thread but unforuntatelly i didnt recieve any reply for more than a week)
(I have also received no response to my emails i sent more than month ago.)
(i also noticed more players are complaining on similar issues in their thread on bitcointalk.)

OP already posted there about his withdrawal problem but he didn't get any answer although Seabet's official representative is quite active there and keeps posting about their new promotions. OP is not the only customer who couldn't withdraw his money. Few other customers already complained about the same issue on the Ann thread.

I don't know if there have been scam accusations against them and how they handled that in the past, but searching through the forum, I can't find any, which is one of the ways many people check about casinos here before venturing into them.

That's painful; it could have been the other way around if their representatives were not active here on the forum, but the person in charge of their ANN update comes online every single day, and the day the Op of this thread posted about the issue on their official thread, the rep came online the next day and posted an update, which he can't say he didn't see, but they did and ignored it as if it were nothing.

I was also thinking about how is possible that seabet can have no specific time for some operations. I mean there are no regulations about that? So they can just review my account forever?

This made me think about where are their company adress and who is their licence provider.
I dont want to accuse them of not having a licence, but every site i know have this information when you scroll down on the page. But i couldnt find this information nowhere on seabet.

Please correct me if im wrong.

It's make sense he can't do anything because he's just a campaign manager and the campaign has been paused.

This made me think about where are their company adress and who is their licence provider.
I dont want to accuse them of not having a licence, but every site i know have this information when you scroll down on the page. But i couldnt find this information nowhere on seabet.
They claimed to have licenses, but it's not. If you look the image below, there's no proof if seabet is cooperated with those sites, any developer can add any brand as much as he want, just like this one [Warning] Lucpey exchanger pretending to be BestChange partner



A legit casino will make the image clickable or give the verifier links, if you check in Fortunejack, scroll it down and click the validator image, you can view the license validation.

I was also thinking about how is possible that seabet can have no specific time for some operations. I mean there are no regulations about that? So they can just review my account forever?

This made me think about where are their company adress and who is their licence provider.
I dont want to accuse them of not having a licence, but every site i know have this information when you scroll down on the page. But i couldnt find this information nowhere on seabet.

Please correct me if im wrong.
The issue of them not having an operating license had been brought up several times in their thread, and they would just ignore it. I guess this is where I Leave a warning on their profile. OP, you might want to keep a keen eye on such details before you use a casino in the future.

i messaged julerz12 i think second day after seabet disabled my withdrawals. Unfortunately he told me there is nothing he can do about it.
I am sure the campaign manager should have at the very least notified Seabet about your scam accusation and after that there was clearly nothing more he could do. It would be useful to know if that was what he did (or did not) do. In the event there is a clear issue in the way complaints are being addressed/resolved/unresolved by the website, a campaign manager would then have to make a decision about whether to continue promoting the brand or not.

I think that will be a valid next step because you have waited far longer than you needed to in order for this matter to have been resolved. If there is already a complaint against them at CasinoGuru that means you can add your own complaint. It would be wise to have a little more patience because forum members have started posting in the Seabet ANN thread highlighting your case therefore a couple of days more should suffice.

I tried to create complain on casino.guru but i couldnt find seabet on bookmaker list. Then i noticed its because casino.guru says seabet isnt available in my country (Czech Republic). So I readed seabet.io tac now again and noticed they changed list of restricted countries. They added many countries including mine. (Im 100% sure there wasnt my country when i made the account) i always check that information in tac or ask their support if i can make account from my country when i make account somewhere.

Im sure if my country was on the list before i created account, they would reject my withdrawal and seize my funds immediately. But they never mentioned it. Reason of disabled withdrawals was “reviewing bets by sports provider”

Here is how his review goes
Found that new at btctalk and decided to play, deposit was fast, also they have best sportsbook engines (saba and cmd), won some money and decided to withdraw aaaand they declined it. contacted support and got this response: "Upon reviewing your account, it is still under review. Please be advised that withdrawal is not possible during the review process. Once we receive feedback from the designated department, we will promptly notify you. The specific duration of the review is uncertain. Please wait patiently for further updates and we will notify you via Live Support. Thank you!" so basically they can review it till forever since its "uncertain". After that i checked and found that they dont even have a licence so i can't complain. Also i checked btctalk and another user facing same problem they just declining his withdrawals so im not the only one.

Stay away from that one, peace!

They were also active up to 16th Feb, several days after this scam accusation was made, but they never bothered to respond.
