Great, thanks! I figured since they have redundant power, and implementations to prevent blackouts/brownouts.

if it is really expensive gear id still use one but its just extra protection. if they have redundant power then its not really needed

If you have a Co-Location where you have to even think about surge protectors, you should probably rethink whether or not you want to host your rigs there.

Thanks for everyone else for the help. I am moving in there Tuesday. The rig is a beast. I would post a pic but there's gonna be that one condescending person that posts:

everyone's a noob at something for me its linux XD i just dont understand it but we all learn slowly... i even know how to install the GUI for linux now
