Yup, that would be better. It was not following the conventional wisdom i am used to having used computers, for the last 20 years. it was like giving me a mac after 20 years of windows. Very scary thought.

A big warning to people who are looking out to trade with coinsecure.in:-

1- The phone number mentioned on the coinsecure website for the delhi office:- Tel - +91 9871115455 is constantly unreachable. [ TRIED IT TODAY FOR ALMOST 6 HOURS BUT TO  NO AVAIL.]  Moreover why is a cellphone number mentioned?No landlines? ??? ??? ???

2- It will take more than 24 hours for the money to be credited to your coinsecure account even after its been debited from the originating bank.

3- Employees of coinsecure insit on calling back with updates when one approaches them with a issue. But Alas!!!! The calling back facility is not time bound and can take eternity!!

4- After all the hustle and shuffle i went through in getting my money credited to my coinsecure.in account and the confrontation i had with the bangalore office empoyees, i got to hear a excuse  - ACTUALLY THERE IS LOT OF WORK HERE !!!WTF!!!!! :-[ :-[

Are we seriously that backwards???????? If you know what i mean!! Just feeling ashamed!!

Edit:- The money to the coinsecure account finally got credited. It was very assuring to speak with Benson and hopefully in the future the transactions would be smoother and faster.

I am not affiliatted with coinsecure but I am very good friend of Benson and know people behind this team from atleast 3 years. I do not defend the issues as I dont know the specifics.

All I can say is CoinSecure has put together a real good team. There may be a glitch here and there, as it happens with all the startups, but I back them all the way with their efforts.

All startups really appriciate  feedback from customers, positive or negative, as it hels them to evolve and improve and I am sure CoinSecure will do the same.

I hope you will have pleasant experience with CoinSecure in future.
