We want to be a reliable and trustable exchange site for our users.We will change our hoster very soon as we cannot work anymore with such a server company. Our exchange also does not directly sell BTC for credit card as that would be really horrible, you're right there. You can buy Bitcoins from us with Payeer and you can fund your Payeerwallet with credit card (once you're verified there).
