The future of digital currencies and Bitcoin in Russia is looking very bleak, following comments made by Alexey Moiseev, Russia’s Deputy Minister of Finance. They either stay and buy or cross borders to do so. The rest of the lower classes may have to come up with alternative options if the latter happens.
