Please drop me a PM as I am interested, this sounds neat.  I am curious though on a few things...

You are raising capital for this project and not outright selling it correct?  Are you issuing shares or just taking loans?  I would much rather own a portion of the project as opposed to giving a loan for it.

I assume the revenue sources are ads and commission from signing up at places?  Any other avenues for profit?

What are costs associated with this project?  Monthly hosting, etc...

How much are you looking to raise to finish the project?  Any revenue projections?

Thanks,

DebitMe

THIS PROJECT BELONGS TO ME!!

Amanda! thank god you are alive! I have been waiting for your pms. So you are the one that have been sending me 0.01, 0.02btc?

Guys Amanda here is the seed and root of this project. she approached me and asked me to develop a rotator with timer for her for a certain amount. As I was making it I had many many ideas and realized this is actually a bigger idea and can get some real money in. Then she disappeared for a few days and my bills piled.

I am laying all my cards on the table. This is how I do business and always have since I joined this community back in early 2010, When I had money and when I abandoned and lost money. So again here are all my cards on the table:

I have 1.~something loan in bitcoin and I am actively paying the rest. I have rent to pay (already overdue) and I have no spending money at all. I have been posting here and there and I got plenty of jobs, hence, I am surviving. and I am taking in more and more as much as I could. in my estimation 2.5BTC or more can immediately move me from being "broke" and "homeless". I have no doubt and I am a very realist person (I like flooring calculations because I don't like surprises) and this project will easily bring $500 the first month of its birth and it will grow and grow in a scary way, as it is VERY much needed. I am sick of loans and I am starting this, I need the investors to "share my risk". I am trickling little information and withholding to avoid copying the idea before it is even deployed. It is very ripe and soon you will have a well document business plan and a well thought marketing campaign. The main focus is to Deserve as well as you Serve. It means yes we will try t make profit from every avenue we can exploit but the core service is the one with the focus. I wouldn't worry of getting traffic there is no alternative in the market for this tool at all.

Dear Amanda,

You are not cheated. This is simply way bigger than just a timer and I developed it from scratch. I will not sell this for the amount we discussed. I want to make this a reality and I want to make it big. You are the priority of any investor and interesting party here.

I will post more as I have time to and clear train of though. Stay tuned.

Another teaser? You have a mini clipboard on page (Where you can save and label multiple items), saved in your browser cookies and your account information. No more copy paste from a notepad or directly from your "omg it is still loading" bitcoin client.

I will say more... but not now ;)

bfffff I am the worst secret keeper, maybe because I am too excited? Here is a snippet from the description of a "future feature" (means it is BEING developer not already working like the others I mentioned here and there)

Quote
Problems to solve for users:

- reaching the threshold for payout for a faucet or a wallet like microwallet:
Bitcoin unlimited helps you by directly crediting you the faucet payout in your account with us. Even though we also have a threshold at least it is a one threshold to reach instead of a multiple thresholds on different sites.

Example:

if a faucet a gives 100 satoshi with a threshold payout of 6000 and a cooldown time of 60 minutes. Reaching the threshold would take 60 hours to reach 6000 to be able to receive from that faucet.

With us you can rapidly go from a faucet to the other, if you request the payouts from 60 faucets, in one hour you would already have won 6000 in your wallet with us!

I have been waiting for you to let me know if you are still working on this project. You sent me some ideas to expand the project, and since then, you have only been posting in your thread asking for work. I would like to continue sending you money, but with no progress reports, you are just a stranger with good ideas. I could put the money into escrow, but then you can`t access it until the project is finished.

You say that an interested investor can have a look at the rotator already. If I saw that, I would be able to continue sending you a larger amount of money, and we could discuss how much more you have to do, and how much more money you need.

Just so you understand, I did this once before, and lost almost $1000 of my money, because the developer kept asking for more and more to continue his work. I need something to work with :)

eta - I`m on my way out. When I come back, I guess we have a lot to discuss. Too bad there`s 12 hours between our locations!

I have some questions I'd like answered before I invest more.

How many shares will there be, and how much does each one cost? This can't be an open number, you can't just keep adding more shares.

What happens if a shareholder wants to sell their share(s)? Who sets the price, and who is allowed to buy?

Who is going to maintain the faucet list, and make sure it's up-to-date? ie adding new faucets daily, and removing the ones that are dry.

Who is going to pick the ad networks? Who is the ad money going to be paid to? Who is going to do monthly reports about this income, and when will it be paid out?

Whose referrals are going to be used on the faucet URLs?

Who gets to decide on any large changes to be made? Will shareholders get a say in what happens to the site?

If the site doesn't work within 60 days, will shareholders get any of their money back?

How many shares will there be, and how much does each one cost? This can't be an open number, you can't just keep adding more shares.

350 Shares, with 0.01BTC of each shares. Total of 3.5BTC,
54 Shares, 0.54BTC are already has been contributed by you and DebitMe

What happens if a shareholder wants to sell their share(s)? Who sets the price, and who is allowed to buy?

The Market. It is so small to do it havelock way, Actually havelock would charge more than 3.5 BTC. So we will do it ASICMINER. The address is public and here the contributors will be announced. And then we do it publicly through signing a message of shares transfer through the registered Bitcoin address.

Who is going to maintain the faucet list, and make sure it's up-to-date? ie adding new faucets daily, and removing the ones that are dry.

There would be a reporting mechanism like we discussed on the PM. These reports and reviewed and confirmed by me, yours truly. Checking if they are dry will be automated.

Who is going to pick the ad networks? Who is the ad money going to be paid to? Who is going to do monthly reports about this income, and when will it be paid out?

Everything is subject to discussion but I will do the adnetworks, reports and the payouts on weekly basis. So ad networks that pay on monthly basis would be just a "bigger payout". However for a shareholder that wants to help like you, Actually for google ad sense (Assuming we are using it) I would love if you can receive the cheque and be the one turning it to bitcoin and give the payouts I would be happy to give you direct access faucets database and to the information you need to assess  reports and honesty of payouts. There will be reserves of bitcoin for the products we sell, I can't say more about this section in public..

Whose referrals are going to be used on the faucet URLs?

Various, we will loop them for local accreditation, Ask me about this in private. These are inner mechanisms that must not be discussed in public.

Who gets to decide on any large changes to be made? Will shareholders get a say in what happens to the site?

you guys will be 50% and I will consider you the 51%. I mean by that all unanimous decisions will push through. Others will be "considered". For example I chose not to do the timer starting button the way you suggested. The reason of that is to keep the intuitive nature of the ui. If I ever to be given a suggestion that is clearly improve that aspect or requested by the majority of the users. That would be the one to be used. But if it was unanimous among all shareholders, it will push through

If the site doesn't work within 60 days, will shareholders get any of their money back?

It is already working but the link is hidden from the public as I am adding more features. It will work publicly within 3-4 days of the funding reaching the amount. The version on my local machine is NOT what you see there.

Yesterday I added favourites, sort by favourites, and dev mode that I told you about for helping with the database. Also I switched from using cookies to webstorage for dynamic working in several tabs of coin-unlimited. Soon with the api we will have about dynamic working per account. Which means if you just left the office, When you arrive home, Your timers, clipboard, notification will be the same. automatically showing if worked simultaneously, hence you can team up with someone for rapid collection on one "team account".

So yes, They will get their money back. But not releasing for 60 days? I might as well go kill myself.

Please ask as much as you need. I am just here with itchy fingers to code.

Cheers all,

Can we allow users to purchase hashrate? If they are able to take their bitcoin and turn it into little bits of hashrate and then receive payouts that would be pretty cool.  We could have an account on hashnest that can purchase hashrate or work out some other arrangement, for example, I can host miners.

I will more than likely be buying more shares btw, so if others want in, I suggest you guy in now.

I'm just waiting for VirWox to manually send my payments through. They seem to be very slow, but hopefully they will go through tomorrow.

I will sum it up for you. ANY service that supports token transfer is a candidate for a product! Hashrate, gambling token, even B.Sell shares on havelock!. Hence on the pms I said we can do SMS and else.

Well, I understand about 10% of this, all I really understand is the user's part :) I noticed the web hadn't changed, I'm glad to know your local version is further ahead. And I like that feature ""Which means if you just left the office, When you arrive home, Your timers, clipboard, notification will be the same. automatically showing if worked simultaneously, hence you can team up with someone for rapid collection on one "team account".""  I do some fund raising for a charity, this means my team could all do some of this.

So everything is sounding good. I can't wait for it to go live.

Yep, it finally went through.

You know what would be great? A way of knowing how much I've earned today. Maybe like a calculator with buttons of 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 1000, so I can just click the amount I won, and it would keep a running total.

But it doesn't have to be done for release, it should wait until later!

Any new news? Estimate on launch date?

Still trying to find investors to reach the goal. On the backend we are going toe to toe with the development of Bithorse.co because I am working on similar modules.

I don't think there will be any more investors until the project moves forward more. All we have now is a website that doesn't exactly work correctly. I think people will be more likely to invest when they see more results. Either that or the money will have to go into escrow. There doesn't seem to be much interest at the moment; this thread and the pms have gone pretty quiet.

And is Bithorse the same type of project? I thought this rotator was going to be unique, although there are new rotators coming out everyday, we're not so unique anymore.

There are still more than 2 BTC to reach the goal, I started to think either there is not enough interest or something is wrong here. The works is fine and even more than fine the backend is evolving into something rather generic but still anew. Is ther a piece of information any of you need to know?

I think the problem is that you're looking for all the money before you release more of the website, and we're waiting for more of the website before we release more money. We're each waiting for the other to proceed :)

Can you do a bit more of the website? If that part was usable, I'd be able to go ahead with more money.

ps I also sent some money to your address before I sent some to the site address.

I see that you added 'stars' at the beginning of every row. Is that so people can mark their favourites? I think that's a great idea. I guess that will work when people can set up accounts, so that doesn't have to be done for launch.

If I could use the website to claim from faucets, that would do it for me. At the moment, I can claim once, but none of the timers are correct, and a lot of the faucets I use aren't there. I don't want to slow you down with lists of faucets to add, or timers to correct, but I do want to use the rotator, to test it out on a larger scale.

Automated way for users to add "or at least submit a request to add" faucets, Also to modify the timers per website. Allright coming right up with the users login/registration
