The thing is you get what you pay for so pay cheap price get a cheap risky account, you could have brought a high rank senior 3 months ago that would now basically be a Hero. You will need to raise it just 0.1-0.2btc and you will get the account you want I would sell you one for 0.6btc, don't be cheap.
