Look fishy. On the other hand, PP has got that chargeback option so people can protect their money in case BTC do not get delivered.

PayPal is one of the world's largest Internet payment companies. So bitcoin can be simply linked with PayPal. PayPal's services allow people to make financial transactions online by granting the ability to transfer funds electronically between individuals and businesses.

Hi guy, this subject was posted 2 year ago.

And no doubt, Bitcoin will kills Paypal.

Of course paypal is world's largest digital payment service but here stands an issue with paypal payments.
Everyone knows that payments from paypal can be claimed back upto 180 days. On the opposite side, bitcoin transaction sent once, can't be retracted.
So, it is not safe to exchange funds with paypal until you have a deal with any trusted party.  Hope you understand.

That's not a difficult thing to do about accounts, those advices is generally good and all you have to do is to have patience; just do what is the suggestions can be reliable to you. Secondary account of paypal is not a big deal for them as long as you completely made it to safety and personal keys has been a confidential thing to you. You can use any name for that acount and much better if a name of family members; and the password must be remembered as always to avoid certain problems of log in issues. After that is complied everything can be sent back in a smooth transactions so you can now proceed to your bitcoin transactions online.

It is a service, but not one that is needed.  There are sites that do this and they allow for escrow, so there is at least some protection. Those sites act as a connection service between those selling and those buying bitcoins and because of that fact, they are outside the KYC and other regs that fall all over your site.

That means that you need an MSB and need to comply with the KYC and other standards, because you are conducting direct FIAT to crypto and that has been made a pretty clear cut set of regulations.
