One is a store of something, valuable to some, meh to others. In this case the glass can store water or other liquids. The other is just paper I could use to wipe my but.

Well if you really wanted to know,
Canadian five-dollar note
  • 15cm x 7cm of polymer paper
  • $.54 worth of EURion constellation dots, tactile marks, registration device, raised printing, and UV printing
  • Designed and printed in 2013
  • Dominantly blue, features Sir Wilfred Laurier
  • Easy to mail, and discouraged by banks
  • Inedible, poor/toxic fuel
  • Worth about 16 mBTC
Glass
  • Beer was added recently
  • Could be like $2 I don't know about glass
  • Has potential to quench and intoxicate simultaneously with proper contents
  • Crystal clear like my financial history
  • Difficult to transfer except in person
  • Sought after and celebrated with the proper contents
  • Can be melted down to make shot glasses

I'll take both :)

And what might it be reserved for?

The glass is likely to retain value even after 20 years.  :)

One you get from your bartender/waiter and the other you give to your bartender/waiter.

And what might it be reserved for?

You can reserve one of them to put in a stripper's g-string, the other you cannot.

The difference is clear:

1) The $5 bill is actually worth $5

2) That Canadian pint is not an actual 20 oz Canadian pint.  It is between 12-19.5 ozs, depending where you buy it.

We Canadians are scammed everyday.  :(

(p.s.) I only posted here cause my best friend did!)
