The second one, not as much, and the third is definitely not illegal. But yes, illegal goods aren't allowed on the forum, if you see them you can report them and they can be removed. This is a public forum, not a deepweb site.

The only thing that results from reports that the mods don't consider worthy of action is that your reporting percentage will go down a little bit, but that does not hurt IMO.
There is a grey area of things that really sound fishy but whose legality can not be decided without further investigation - I don't know whether the mods will invest so much time into it. Another aspect is that some offers may be illegal in some jurisdictions while they are acceptable in others. Overall, I prefer the board to be pretty liberal about what gets moderated. I stay away from things that I consider problematic, and I'd advise anyone to do the same, but if you feel like something should be moderated, report it!
