I'm selling source codes of a cryptocurrency exchange. (including payment solution, design, etc.)

Any idea on cost of it ?

Do you own the rights for the source code and have permissions to sell it? Did you write it or buy it? Do you have any demo or at least screen shots?

For security all the details should be discussed here. Asking to trade via email seems very fishy.

It depends. There are two versions of the exchange - one is quite simple  (like btc-e). The other one is more complex - it uses high frequency matching engine, supports leverage trading and conditional orders. Also, there are two types of UI and design. Also, apart from documentation, I can provide a support from my developers on a particular time period. So, the price may vary from $35,000 for a 1.0 version of the exchange with no support and additional services, to $250,000 2.0 version of the exchange with 1 or 2 month support and some other help.

Sure. The source code has been written by my team. Also, I insist on conducting a deal in real life, I am available in Eastern Europe. I will provide the demo and all the information to a potential buyer. For security reasons, I will not disclose any particular information about myself or the exchange publicly.
