I would like to sale my 12 SP30s and 5 SP35s (82TH) including their hosting contract at a datacenter. They are hosted at HashPlex Inc. The hosting was already paid upfront for 1 year (12 SP30s will be hosted until beginning of Oct 2015, 5 SP35s until end Dec 2015, total remained hosting contract worth 30k$).

I’m accepting only Escrow as a payment method, upon payment, my account at HashPlex and ownership of the miners will be transformed to the new owner.

The timing on this is tough because the machines are locked into a contract until after next generation gear starts to hit the market... Interested in the specifics of what you have with Hashplex contract wise, can walk through it via PM if you like..

I look at it in another view; hosting - electricity, human resources are already paid, equipment - 82TH, I ask 15k$ for 82TH = 0.18$ /GH, you will never find this price, and 20k$ for hosting = 35k$ total.

I might be interested in the equipment without the contract, or if you can budge on the contract.  Problem is with 6 months left on the contract and the price your asking ROI will not happen till after the contract is expired, and a 7 month ROI is a bit long given new hardware coming soon.

According to the messages I get in the PM I believe there is a misunderstanding, there are no EXTRA fees whatsoever, I bought equipment, paid for hosting and now sell all together. You can take the equipment whenever you want to, before or after the hosting contract expires.

Today is April 1st;
54TH hosting contract expires in another 6 months
28TH hosting contract expires in another 9 months

Currently 82TH bring approximately 8k$ per month.

I'm willing to lower the price.

What are the terms of ending your contract early?

There are no early terms, it can be ended up immediately.

However, I'm selling the equipment only along with the hosting contract (was already paid by me). The price is more than fair.

Regarding HashPlex;
HashPlex provides a control panel in which you may always use your pool of choice and restart the miners if required, HashPlex I believe is a very good hosting company with a very helpful support.

And sometimes, hardware disappears...

If you mine with cloud services, they can disappear along with your money

why are you selling this out of curiosity?

sometimes? I say most likely all the time, and whos going to cover that? theres no such thing as insurance in bitcoin.

and $35k is a hard sell. good luck.

I know this is a rather old OP, but running current numbers, $18,500 is more in line.  I looked at Hashplex and they are charging about 100% more than elect rates service.  That kind of premium is hard pressed for such a short lived asset.
