I have screenshots and everything to backup the claims i am making, I just don't understand, I have given them so much business as I only use them and things have been great, But when you put 5 + support tickets and not one is answered for over 5 days what would that lead you to expect ? Has anyone else faced these issues? I will have to agree with you here. Here on bitcointalk they claim that you'll get an response within hours. I enquired about some stuff and it took them 3 days at least to get back to each of my messages. Really frustrating. Btw their bitcointalk account is inactive. Ive done the same with them for a while , there was delays but i would always end up getting the money.

He was paid in the end and igot admitted that they made a mistake by sending the money to another bank account. So keep on trying and I hope your issue gets resolved. They don't ask for sort code or account number. They're Australian although their home page falsely gives the impression it's british. Gonna stick with ANX.

I know there not like other exchangers but i think everyone should at least give them a chance. Thanks |
