Hi Guys,

I am very frustrated , Its been over 2 weeks I have requested a withdrawl to my bank account , I have been sending numerous support tickets and only one reply from them. I have screenshots and everything to backup the claims i am making, I just don't understand, I have given them so much business as I only use them and things have been great, But when you put 5 + support tickets and not one is answered for over 5 days what would that lead you to expect ? Has anyone else faced these issues?

I will have to agree with you here. Here on bitcointalk they claim that you'll get an response within hours.

I enquired about some stuff and it took them 3 days at least to get back to each of my messages. Really frustrating. Btw their bitcointalk account is inactive.

Here's another thread where someone faced a similar issue like yourself. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1004177.0

He was paid in the end and igot admitted that they made a mistake by sending the money to another bank account. So keep on trying and I hope your issue gets resolved.

I signed up with them but am not proceeding to trade with them.  When adding a bank account it asks for swift details.  They don't ask for sort code or account number.  They're Australian although their home page falsely gives the impression it's british.  Gonna stick with ANX.

have you tried asking in FB? Their FB account is pretty active maybe you might have a chance sorting that out in there

Issue Solved. They explained and showed me proof why it took so long. So some of the faults were mine as well :/

I know there not like other exchangers but i think everyone should at least give them a chance.

Thanks
