Some people also sell bitcoin at ebay but they usually sell at a very high price but you can take a look there and see if it suits your needs.

Don't buy on eBay because prices are too High. Try localbitcoins too.

A Better alternative to Virwox with a lesser high fees would be localbitcoins .
However since paypal and bitcoin don't go well side by side, traders will ask you to send an ID document, and they usually set some sort of terms which will not allow you to charge back .

If you have paypal, you will certainly have a bank account. So a better option would be to go for an exchange like Circle and link your bank account to that. You won't be paying a higher fees and will be more convenient.
