An address never becomes outdated.

If seller didn't confirm your payment just contact him and send your transaction id.

You have to contact the seller.  Nobody else can help.

The seller provided you with a bitcoin address.  You sent bitcoins to that address.  Now they either need to send you whatever you purchased, or they need to send you back the bitcoins, or they need to explain their policy about late payments.  If they do none of theses, then it was just a scam, and you sent your money to a thief.

I wrote him several e-mails, but he does not replies. On the other hand his page is the first in google and he has a lot of positive ratings everywhere. Is there a place where can I complain and warn other people from dealing with this compony?

Any review sites where you say he "has positive ratings".

What company are you talking about? How long ago have you sent them emails?

There's a telephone number in the contact section, have you tried it?

Contacting the merchant is your only option...

It's a good idea. Alternatively you can chase them on their facebook/twitter/reddit profiles if they have any.

Never heard of that company before, but it looks like it's not typical bitcoin-oriented business, but just a regular on-line company that accept BTC as alternative payment option. I suspect their customer service may have little to no knowledge on how bitcoin works, they have likely no idea what to do with such case, so they've chosen the easiest way of ignoring you.

But don't give up.

It appears that they are using BitPay to handle their bitcoin payment processing.

You can try contacting BitPay and see if they can help you.
