I need some BTC (~$4) but the only money I have access to is the credit on my phone at the moment. Is there anywhere I can so so?

You can't buy Bitcoins with your "Phone Credit". If you have "Credit/Debit Card" try buying at Circle.

He is trying to pay with his mobile phone credit not throught mobile wallet.
I don't know about any sutch service and even if there would be, they would charge HUGE fees.

If your country/language is in the local forum (or you can open a topic for your local language etc) you can create a topic about it.
For instance;
"[WTS] X GSM Company's Y Amount Credit For Z BTC"
X: company name like Turkcell etc.
Y: 10 credits, liras etc
Z: equal or less amount bitcoin to the credit

I think your local prepaid gsm users may be interested in this offer.
Otherwise there's no way to buy btc with your gsm credits.

I think that the only way is to search someone you know with BTC and then make a deal with him/her.
There is no company which will do that.

coinbase dont work in mobile ? i dont know about the app but you can open coinbase in mobile browser and buy

You should post where is your country for us to identify easily if there are some exchange available to your country that accepts mobile credit

If it's a prepaid card try cryptothrift.com -  sell cheap. Or try coinbase app/circle.

As far as I'm aware, there is no service that allows you to buy btc with your remaining phone credit. If you have any spare pre-paid cards, you could try selling them for btc.

If it, then i know there is a site that can accept phone credit for a voucher to redeem bitcoins at a trading site.... But... Sadly it's Indonesian site :-\

you can buy your bitcoins through this site but i dont know your mobile can support this site or not but i can easily buy bitcoisn through this site you must have bc app or your desired wallet site installed in your mobile .

Currently the best you can get is Coinbase . After verifying your number and setting up a PIN simply send a text using one of the preset shortcodes. If he is in Africa it may still work. Lots of people there use phone credit as money.

Try to look for a local forum that has a lot of people who are interested in cryprocurrency and ask for exchanging your mobile credit to bitcoin

You could use the Coinbase mobile app in order to buy Bitcoins with your cell phone. I do not know if you can buy with the balance you have.

He can't buy from exchange sites. Seriously, how do you think that he can send phone credits to exchange sites?
He should open a thread in Marketplace forum. There's no other way to convert them into Bitcoin.

I used circle although the comissions are pretty big, but its tolerable.

I am really starting to see a need here.   A place where people can buy what they need when they need it how they need it without restriction.    Or at least in small amounts make no limits.

I may play with this idea and make it bounce.  That way I can keep if off grid and be available without restrictions.

you can probably try local bitcoins. if not you can try to find a BTC ATM, you can use coinmap to do that, and then buy it ;)BTCBTCBTC

Try Xapo mobile app. Most of the bitcoin services also offers mobile applications for many platforms. So, you can find and choice  a trusted services which must be a quick services also. So, just a google can do your things get done.

Its usually the verification process that takes the longest.  If you need em now.  I cant seem to find anywhere where you can buy and it be instant unless you have purchased before.

Try to use the coinbase wallet.

He can't deposit to Coinbase wallet with his phone credits. He can open a thread in Services board but he's not online for a long time. There is no need to bump this thread again. And don't give advice when you don't know about anything.
