Title: Buyer beware: regedit and coigg.com scam? You be the judge.
Post by: bitcoindr.com on April 03, 2015, 05:59:27 AM
Buyer beware.

We purchased a number of "regedit/coigg" offers, including the "lifetime support".

We have been specific, patient, and polite, yet we have received absolutely none of the stated "support" at all, and now no response to our requests for delivery of the support we purchased.

Here is the result of attempts to obtain support via skype (as offered).

I will change/remove or other-wise update this depending on their action:

P.S. Hmmm...  Idea! email me if you want to help me figure out a legitimate way to offer a "group buying service" to purchase certain products and services to be delivered to each participant of the group and reviewed for other purchasers convenience and protection.

By the way, the purchases were made over 8 days ago and still no support/help!

I'm just saying...

Well judging by the no response from the admin they are either scammers or they had some kind of problem but they definitely should have told you something because i see you catched him online in your last message

@regedit,

I just sent you an email explaining everything and asking you to supply the support I paid for as you advertised. I await your reply/help.

Not only did I send an email on April 7th to regedit requesting the support I purchased for the exchange, but I also reported to them that the download link for "Coin Dice 2.0" does not work.

So far, absolutely no response. Surprise?

Should I enter a negative trust/feedback and refund for "no support" as advertised?

I purchased the Bitcoin Online Shop Script on May 14, 2015 and to this date I can't download the file due to an invalid link. My sale order is #2605 I contacted support as described in an earlier post but to this date I have not received any replies yet. Avoid buying scripts from this site. At least do not pay with bitcoin if you buy stuff from these guys.
