I know, I was asking myself the same question when I wrote that. Truth is it is a little bit tricky to put on paper some of the ideas I have and this decentralized community is very loosely knit. At the moment I write all of the specs but I get a lot of feedback from others, which might be the reason I wrote we. But to be specific, I am the one asking for food money :) I think sometimes I feel like I speak on behalf of a larger community and that could be another reason why I sometimes write we. The idea is they provide the service and some buyer/funder/tipper funds it. In the current model they will not pay themselves after completion of work.
