Title: Tactic to attack on our communication- bombarding us with useless information
Post by: toddtervy on April 05, 2015, 06:42:20 PM
A common tactic now is to bombard us with so much useless information, by the time you sort through it all and get to the truth, or anything of substance, you've lost a considerable amount of mental energy.

Check out this article that uses the matrix as metaphor for our current society:

Yeah, but that is nothing new.
Diversion is used for thousand of years in politics and warfare.
just today it is much more sophisticated and mainly in the digital world.

You might want to google the phrase "conspirancy theorist" and where it comes from.

Half of the people in this forum, who have been here since shortly after its inception, are simply trolls doing exactly this... posting so much junk that it is difficult posting any kernels of what is real information in such a way that it is ever seen.

:)

Please google "oblivious" or "ignorance is bliss".
Also you forgot to say "Paranoid".   Maybe if we call everything that doesn't conform to our narrow minded view of life 'conspiracy' or 'paranoia', we don't actually have to listen to anything we don't like, much less reality.

I'd say so, I think one just infiltrated this thread, see above... ;)
