I just recently had to cancel a transaction on Brawker.com for 1.5 btc as the bidder didnt go through with the purchase. The btc were funded and in multisig and were meant to be refunded after entering my password. My funds were originally sent from Bittrex to brawker, I changed my address in settings to my bittrex deposit address expecting to get the refund there but haven't received anything. I havent received a confirmation email, I have emailed support but no replies or refunds anywhere. I know its easter but it is allot of money to me. Has anyone had a similar experience or know what could be the problem? by looking on the twitter account, I wouldn't expect an answer anytime soon, they don't seem to be much active.. How did they got in that wallet ? Have you provided them this address before? |
