Well just so we have at least an unofficial Pandacoin web page, I registered digitalpandacoin.org for now it simply points to usePND.com's http://www.usepnd.com/pandacoin-pnd-tools-sites-services page. another new bitcointalk.org for Pandacoin thread that is a bit more active can be found here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1008953.0 This albeit unofficial website has permitted me to submit Pandacoin to an interesting new exchange that will soon operate it's own massive multipool.
