Hello miners,

Don't order at www.minereu.com! They want that the customer pay first and then they don't send the goods.

After sending in January the money they don't send the miner till now!
They not even response by mail after asking about the status of my order...





 

if this is true, it must be recent, because i know for sure, that they delivered many miners back then(they also responded to my email very quickly)

maybe they started the scamming fest now, because no one is buying from them any more miners

Try to contact them here. They were trustworthy in the past, so maybe something out of ordinary happened.

Their bitcointalk account hasn't been logged in since Jan 13 (last post on Dec 24).
I think they are no longer using it.

it is true i can prove beyond doubt.


i have tried to contact them by sending mails. they answered them in the beginning and their argument was that the delivery remain static
because of the chinese new year. Ok the chinese new year is over ... and the communication between minereu.com and me too!
if something out of ordinary happened then please provide the customer with information about the delay.

Very odd... Well, since contacting them isn't working, you could try contacting this blog http://cryptomining-blog.com/contact-us/, I remember that back in the days they reviewed many Scrypt ASIC's, and they were all bought there or even offered by MinerEU. You can try and ask for phone contacts or something like that, maybe you can reach them in a easier way (and raise awareness about your problem too)

today i received a mail that they want to refund.

i will keep you informed :)

They did big busieness last year.. so they were really good.
but no more ineteresting nor cheap miners since december ..
so i geuss they don't sell very much nowadays..

communication was always a big problem.. often takes days..

but here is one change i want you to inform about: they moved their loaction today..

I bought a batch of their miners last year, and received miners about 4 days after payment was made. I am not 100% sure, but i believe i was paying them with bitcoin,
but it certanly wasnt bank transfer like in your case.

I do not know how they are doing bussiness today, but they were legit before.
If it is true that you paid in January,still did not receive miners, and they are avoiding to answer you, its quite possible they turned to scam.
You should find regulative authority in charge based on their location, and submit a valid fraud related transaction reversal request.

Pretty odd they changed their info all of a sudden... They aren't selling much anyways, I bet, let's see if they stick around in a legit way for the next wave of miners

Yes there are news... bad news!

Some weeks ago they said they want to refund due to the market, after mailing them many times my btc address they paid nothing.

Then a week ago surprisedly the market has changed... what a miracle! They want to ship now the miner!

I mailed them that i don't want any used miner otherwise they have to refund!

And what arrived today... a piece of ****, this maschine is used for a long time and smells like

„i will burn your house down if you use me!!!!“

I don't know where this stink come from, maybe from running in a factory with a bad odor

or from the hardware itself!

This miner has a sdcard configured with the pools which where used last... but it doesn't work out of the box! Maybe it damaged too...

I think these guys are buying with the money from their customers, which have to pay in advance,

asic boards and then they mine the shit out of the hardware before they ship it!


My advice to all investors  DON'T  BUY PREPAID MINERS  THESE DAYS!!!!

Better invest your money in cheap coins with future... BUT DO NOT LEAVE BIG AMOUNS OF COINS AT ANY EXCHANGE SITE !!!

OP if those pics are for real, and it represents condition the miner arrived, you should ask for a refund definetly.
Like i said, i ordered some miners from them back in the days, but all were in top condition. I seriously can't imagine why they would do something like this to a customer, unless they
dont plan to continue their bussiness, and are just getting rid of old used miners.
Left them some -rep, for future reference. Doubt there will be more buyers.

that's bad, i was going to buy from them since i can avoid customs with their shipping, but those picture are quite scary...they are probably in bankrupt situation(because in euro electricity is higher thus none is buying anymore) and they started to scamming as a result

bad condition, yes.. but you can not expect that a company holds these miners for half year and does not mine.. they also payed maybe like 1000 USD for it..
the bigger problem is the price.. very expensive today, no more price adjustments since half a year..

will anybody buy and upload? would be interesting to know how much they earned last year :)

So far minereu doesn't seem to be solving his issues... So yeah, he's not happy. And I guess it's not advisable to buy from them from now on.

summarised:

1. Ordered and Paid in January.
2. They want to refund but they dont.

4. They said its a new miner and it looks like this because Bejing is very dusty and it was there in a storage.
5. The miner they send not even work! And if i try to mail them i get:

This means i have to wait a couple of month after i paid to get a heavy used miner that doesnt work!

My order was a new miner that was on stock. This means no long waiting time for the NEW and working miner.

So the answer to your question is NO.
